Able To Move Again!

So, I threw my back out at the gym. I
just immediately knew that I was going
to stiffen up real quick. When I got
home, I just wasn’t able to move and for
at least 2 3 days, I couldn’t get out of
bed. Not able to move is not fun. I
couldn’t bend. I couldn’t hardly walk.
Having that experience was not fun. And
um finally made a decision to come and
see if you could help me out. Dr.
Hendrickson was able to um show me
exactly what was wrong with my back,
which I didn’t know that my back was
actually that compressed. I had no idea
how bad of shape that it was in and
explained everything in in detail and
how he could fix that. And he did move
in ways I wasn’t able to do before
because I didn’t realize how compressed
I actually was. I’m definitely able to
move a lot more. I’m more more mobility.
Just overall in general, I I feel
better. I sleep better. Dr. Dr.
Hendendrickson has definitely taught me
things about my spine and neck that I
did not know before. So, it’s very
interesting to have that knowledge. Just
overall, I think that it’s good to take
care of yourself in every way possible.
And your spine definitely is where it
all begins. Do it. Take care of
yourself, your health, and your body is
all you got. Definitely consider doing
it.
