I came into see Dr. Henricksen for neck and mid back tension and pain. I was getting frequent headaches and just was uncomfortable in general. Shortly after seeing him at Crystal Grove Lutz, my headaches improved and my body was able to function better without the tension and aches. Highly recommend to everyone!
Great spinal adjustment. I was taking meloxicam and also getting libation procedures done. I wanted an alternative that did not need me to constantly medicate. This has definitely made a change for the better in my overall movement and my active lifestyle that I liked to Maintain. If you’re looking for something that does not include spinal surgery and have tried other alternative methods. I suggest you try this. I’m halfway through the process and it is definitely worth it . I will give an update what’s up completely through the program and just doing maintenance.
I visited Crystal Grove Chiropractic today and had the best experience! Dr. Jacob did a great job with the adjustments and took the time to go over my X-rays with me. I also really enjoyed using the neck and lower back stretchers. Savanah is the best, super helpful and nice made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I felt so relaxed afterwards and my back feels so much better! Cant wait to come again!

The Dr. explains exactly what is causing you pain and goes over your x-rays with you.

I'll admit, I'm naturally skeptical when it comes to medical treatments and procedures. In fact, I'm one of those people who avoids going to the doctor whenever possible. After years of sports-related injuries, combined with the wear and tear of everyday projects around the house, I developed severe lower back pain. The pain became so intense that I experienced muscle spasms that made it difficult to walk, sit comfortably, or even drive.
Initially, I followed my family doctor's advice and hoped the pain would go away with aspirin and time. Unfortunately, it didn't. After stubbornly suffering for more than a week, I heard an ad for Crystal Grove Chiropractic and decided to give it a try.

I have had chronic neck pain for over a decade. I came to Crystal Grove after a neck injury with 10/10 pain. I couldn't move my neck at all pretty much. After just one session, I had significant relief. Now after a few months, I don't have pain in my neck, just stiffness from holding my stress there if anything. To be able to move without significant pain is liberating. Dr. Henricksen never forces anything and makes sure you feel comfortable with the adjustments before administering them. I recommend for anyone to come here who is experiencing any type of spinal discomfort.
